Your responsibilities
You will be embedded directly into the business and work across multiple areas of Marvel Fusion depending on where the biggest impact is needed at the time you join. We shape the role together based on your background, your interests and our current priorities.
What you will always be working on in some form:
- Driving efficiency and process improvements across the company
- Rolling out AI tools and supporting the adoption of new technologies across teams
- Supporting organizational topics and cross-functional initiatives
- Acting as a Swiss Army knife across departments, wherever the need is greatest
Beyond that, your projects will vary. One intern might spend time on corporate development and investor materials. Another might go deep on operations or process optimization. That is the point. You will be where Marvel Fusion needs sharp, fast, hungry people the most.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a top university
- Genuine interest in fusion energy and the mission of Marvel Fusion
- Experience or demonstrated interest in deep tech, energy or venture-adjacent fields
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complexity into clarity
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset, you do not wait to be asked
- Do or build mentality, you move fast and get things done
- C1 level of English or above, German is a plus
