Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Associate Manager. A problem solver to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market strategy across our Talent Solutions business. This team is the owner of a multi-billion-dollar business that is available to LinkedIn’s top tier customers. This person will collaborate with key business partners on spearheading multiple initiatives and scale Enterprise Programs, which is a strategic growth lever for the business. In this role, you will engage with stakeholders to drive the growth strategy of the B2B business, increase sales activation, and evaluate/evolve global pricing policies to deliver greater customer value and value for LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives through data analysis and problem solving:
- Problem Solve: Develop recommendations to evolve pricing frameworks that generate revenue for the business and deliver value for customers
- Data Analysis: Provide insightful takeaways based on data trends and track program performance
- Structure, present and share proposals with VP-level executives
- Partner cross-functionally: Build productive relationships, feedback loops, and corroborate opportunities through qualitative insights in partnership with Sales, Deal Desk, BizOps, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, Product, and other cross-functional teams
- Drive large deal closure, including being support resource for Deal Desk & Sales; responsible for liaising with all organizations involved in the agreement process (finance, legal, order management, etc.) on behalf of sales
- Lead iterative process innovation to accelerate growth, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency across pricing & other cross-functional teams
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, sales ops/sales strategy or pricing related roles in other SaaS business, banking, or other strategic & analytical role
- Experience using any or all of the following: SQL, Tableau, PowerBI
- Experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Experience working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organizations
- Leadership skills: Ability to inspire and influence team members and cross-functional partners
- Experience using Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- Experience in structuring complex problems to make them easy to solve and explain
- Excellent verbal/written communication and high clarity of thought
- Self-starter who is ready to “act like an owner” with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in an operations team such as Pricing Operations, Deal Desk, Customer Success, Sales Operations running day to day operational business processes with x-fn stakeholder
- Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners and drive decision making among senior executives through concise Powerpoint slides presentations
- Strong presentation and exec presence, storytelling and giving presentations
- Commitment and Ownership: Ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
