Job Description

This role can be based in Sunnyvale, Mountain View, San Francisco, New York, Omaha, DC, Atlanta, or Chicago.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn is seeking an exceptional digital/performance marketer to help us achieve our shared vision of transforming the careers of every member of the global workforce. The Digital Marketing Manager at LinkedIn will be integral to the centralized digital marketing team, which provides thought leadership on digital marketing strategies, shares best practices, and delivers innovative marketing solutions to drive LinkedIn’s business globally.

This role will partner with our Marketing Solutions business, focusing on owned channel acquisition and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in performance marketing for paid media. They will be comfortable managing multiple initiatives and programs across LinkedIn’s marketing products. They should be an out-of-the-box thinker who is motivated by data and audience insights to support digital marketing plans that help drive both conversions and engagement on LinkedIn’s platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the global on-platform marketing strategy for one of LinkedIn’s largest businesses, our Marketing Solutions business
  • Develop and drive integrated campaign strategies, including planning and creative development
  • Own portfolio creative refresh process. Develop systems for identifying opportunities and operationalizing (evaluate existing portfolio, identify opportunities to refresh creative and manage deployment)
  • Manage agency relationships, strategize with cross-functional partners, and understand and execute against stakeholder expectations
  • Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns across on-platform channels. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deploy tests
  • Manage marketing budgets and drive ROI working against quarterly targets
  • Regularly diagnose account health, develop and deploy mitigation tactics when necessary
  • Develop and share weekly, monthly, quarterly insights and performance reports to business unit and leadership
  • Conduct Robust Campaign-Level Analysis: Regularly perform in-depth analysis of sub-channel performance to quickly identify root causes of issues and establish data-driven mitigation plans to optimize campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • 2+ years of experience supporting growth, lifecycle, or retention marketing (executing, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns)


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with performance/growth marketing and track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets, and agency experience.
  • Experience designing marketing experimentation through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and optimizations
  • Data-driven with a growth mindset, the ability to surface actionable insights from data, and take action
  • Strong project management skills: organized, experienced in developing and maintaining project schedules, experienced working against deadlines, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines, strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with owned marketing channels
  • Basic to intermediate SQL and/or Hive knowledge

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
