This role will be based in San Francisco, CA.
LinkedIn is seeking an Acquisition Sales Director to join our Global Small Business and Acquisition (GSA) organization for our Talent Solutions business. This is a second line leader role leading our San Francisco based new business Account Executive team of 5 managers and approx. 40 individual contributors spanning SMB, MM, and ENT. The primary focus will be leading and developing both managers and reps as well as collaborating with cross functionals and peer Acquisition Directors to drive new business acquisition dollars and logos.

Basic Qualifications :
The pay range for this role is $305,000 to $465,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
- 8+ years in customer facing & revenue generating roles
- 4+ years in sales leadership
- 2+ years leading new business acquisition teams
- Demonstrated skills leading other sales leaders (2nd line)
- Managed and developed high-performing sales teams with proven results.
- Operational rigor resulting in business growth, driving discipline and accountability, and coaching teams to be more effective sellers.
- Demonstrated organizational agility and cross-functional influence with ability to think outside the box on how to grow the business alongside partner organizations.
- Lead, inspire, and work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Invoke creativity throughout the organization.
