LinkedIn’s Social Impact team is hiring a Social Impact Manager to drive high-impact partnerships with workforce development organisations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, delivering data-informed events and initiatives that equip professionals overcoming barriers with the skills and networks they need to thrive in an AI-driven job market. This position reports to the Head of Social Impact for EMEA & LATAM, based in London. Our mission is to connect communities facing barriers to economic opportunity with the resources and relationships needed to build meaningful careers

LinkedIn’s Social Impact team is hiring a Social Impact Manager to drive high-impact partnerships with workforce development organisations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, delivering data-informed events and initiatives that equip professionals overcoming barriers with the skills and networks they need to thrive in an AI-driven job market. This position reports to the Head of Social Impact for EMEA & LATAM, based in London. Responsibilities
- Identify, research and recommend high-impact events and activations across EMEA & LATAM that align with LinkedIn’s global Future of Work strategy. This strategy focuses on helping professionals overcoming barriers, build the skills, networks and confidence they need to thrive in a rapidly changing, AI-driven job market.
- Plan and deliver events, in collaboration with regional partnership managers, the Global Impact Marketing team (GIM) and cross-functional stakeholders. These events are anchored on LinkedIn data insights and are designed to provide jobseekers or workforce development organisations and the people they serve with the information they need to access economic opportunity.
- Partner with Social Impact’s Employee Engagement team and volunteer office leads to select nonprofit partners to support volunteering across the region. This will include conducting due diligence and evaluation of existing partnerships, to help us realise our vision of creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce.
- Collaborate with global Social Impact team members to design and execute global nonprofit programmes and initiatives.
- Partner with Internal and External Comms to communicate LinkedIn’s value through storytelling and trusted voices.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the Center for Global Impact (LinkedIn for Nonprofits, Global Impact Marketing, Diversity Inclusion & Belonging, Sustainability and Policy) to ensure alignment of goals and strategy and bring the holistic value of LinkedIn to the region.
- Partner with the Employee and Community team to expand key Social Impact global programmes in region - LinkedIn Coaches, Employee Volunteering and Giving.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years Social Impact programme management experience from a large fast-paced organisation.
- Fluency and verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Business fluency in German, French or Portuguese is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with skills, employability or Government programmes.
- Experience in programme and volunteer management.
- Ability to deliver Social Impact programmes across numerous locations.
- Experience with and knowledge of the workforce development marketplace in Europe.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across a wide and diverse group of stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, deadline orientated and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially the ability to leverage social media.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
- A demonstrated track record of independent problem solving / decision making.
- Experience working in a global environment, ability to manage programmes at scale.
