Job Description

This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Our Acquisition & Onboarding sales motion seeks to acquire thousands of net new advertisers across all major EMEA ad. markets and help them to successfully onboard LinkedIn ads. From there, we seek to help them achieve their advertising & marketing goals and deliver sustained results over time. Whilst subject to change, this motion is currently managed through outsourced sales partners (Vendors), across both our Acquisition and OnBoarding teams.

We are looking for a vendor sales coach to join our EMEA SMB Acquisition team. You will be at the frontline of helping small businesses advertise on LinkedIn for the first time & support the delivery of results to mutual benefit. You will work with internal LinkedIn teams and vendor partners to develop and support vendor sales agents with all aspects of LMS product knowledge, systems & tools use and the achieving of overall sales motion excellence. The end goal is to help ensure our sales partners are effective in acquiring net new customers for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and that these customers in-turn see material value from advertising on LinkedIn. Whilst primarily focused on supporting new customer acquisition in the first instance, this role also has an important part to play in making sure that the subsequent campaign activation / transfer to the onboarding team(s) is seamless and results in campaign success and onward growth for all parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with existing EMEA Acquisition Vendor Sales Coaches and be the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions expert to support partner sales agents with complex product issues, emerging product offerings and the provision of product-centric coaching to ensure agents can service prospects & customers effectively.
  • Assist the EMEA Sales Director with the management and reporting of all relevant KPI’s and the monitoring of sales behaviours in partnership with our sales partners.
  • Similarly, you will be expected to partner with your peers in similar roles across NAMER & APAC to ensure a consistency of go-to-market in all regions, share best practices and leverage learnings.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Onboarding team with a specific focus on joint practices across the Vendor Sales Coach community to ensure the delivery of an optimised customer experience for customers transitioning from one team to the other.
  • Work closely with vendor training and management team to develop learning initiatives for ongoing agent improvement
  • Review and evaluate the performance of vendor sales agents against quality and sales compliance guidelines
  • Train the vendor agents on new product offerings, changes in platform and new tools
  • Be the LMS point of contact to answer escalated queries on product, workflow and sales strategy, and develop scalable strategies to address them
  • Participate in cross functional projects with the wider Acquisition & Onboarding sales teams and XFN partners to drive sales agent efficiencies.
  • Work with the regional Director of Acquisition to build an effective coaching plan that maps to our sales funnel and drives successful conversion outcomes throughout.
  • Work with our vendor partners to make sure that weekly reporting is fit-for-purpose. This can include everything from designing performance trackers to detailing customer success.
  • Be a thought partner for the Director of Acquisition & XFP leads to make sure that the voice-of-field is appropriately represented in programme design at all times.
  • Juggle multiple priorities as we seek to build a world-class acquisition engine for LMS and be prepared to flex according to the ever-changing business need.
