Job Description

This role can be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

As a Product Manager on the Notifications team, you will be pivotal in driving strategy and execution for a channel that directly shapes how our 1B members connect, learn, and find jobs on LinkedIn. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that make Notifications more timely, relevant, and engaging. Expertise in growth funnels and analytics, along with user empathy and deep product sense are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering, AI, data science, and design teams to identify opportunities to improve notification quality and drive user engagement.
  • Write PRDs and develop product roadmaps that drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Bring deep member empathy to ensure we’re solving for our member’s pain points and helping them accomplish their goals on LinkedIn.
  • Keep crossfunctional teams accountable and drive execution on OKRs
  • Analyze A/B experiment results and make decisions on whether to ramp experiments higher
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • MS degree in a technology-related field
  • Experience optimizing growth funnels and loops
  • Data analysis, including proficiency with SQL and A/B tests
  • Exceptional communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with AI, Data Science, Biz Ops, and UX design.
  • Excellent systems thinking and strategic reasoning.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $123,000 - $201,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
