What is the interview process at Kiln?

Kiln's interview process involves a phone screening with our recruiter or a co-founder, a take-home case study, and interviews with key team members followed by a culture fit interview. Where does Kiln hire from?

Kiln is supporting employees to work remotely, as long as they live and are legally allowed to work in one of the following locations: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, UK or Singapore – where Kiln has a legal entity.
