Full-time - Paris or hybrid in IDF - from 45k€ + equity

We're a fast-growing staking company on a mission to make crypto staking easy for everyone. Our C-Suite (CEO, COO, CRO, CPO, etc.) needs a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves technology, embraces new projects, adapts quickly, and delivers consistently excellent results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel for all C-Suite members (CEO, CPO, COO, CLO, CoS, CRO)

  • Meeting & Event Optimization: Schedule and enhance meetings around events to maximize value

    • Dining & Venue Management: Organize dinners, business lunches, and meeting venues (both in Paris and internationally)

    • Note-Taking & Summaries: Provide minutes and action item summaries for key meetings

  • Event Ownership: Plan and manage C-Suite events in collaboration with Charlotte, our events planning specialist

  • Document Administration: Liaise with legal, manage KYC (process of verifying a customer's identity to comply with regulatory requirements), and handle DocuSign for C-Suite paperwork

  • Deadline Management: Track and remind C-Suite members (excluding CEO) of critical deadlines (expenses, performance reviews, etc.)

  • Expense Management: Process and oversee expenses for the entire C-Suite

  • Operational Efficiencies: Identify and implement ways to streamline administrative tasks for the leadership team

Requirements

  • Executive Support Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience supporting executives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

    • Including 2 years as an Executive Assistant in Finance, Technology, or Law

  • Outstanding Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with G Suite, Slack, and Notion

  • Adaptability & Initiative: Strong interest in technology, eagerness to take on new responsibilities and stay ahead of the curve

  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information carefully in all professional interactions and documentation.

  • Fluent (written and spoken) in both French and English, with excellent written English skills
