As the inaugural US Technical Solutions Engineer for Kiln, you will join our Global Sales organization and become a founding member of the Kiln US team.


  • Collaborate with Kiln’s Sales team to demonstrate technical possibilities and solutions to prospects, customers, and partners

  • Quickly achieve technical expertise of Kiln’s technology

  • Understand customer and partner requirements and communicate how Kiln can solve their business and technical challenges

  • Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation

  • Create / Adapt local technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices

  • Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our users' and partners' technical teams

  • Report monthly and quarterly results to the Head of US & Kiln’s Solutions Engineering team


  • Experience with REST APIs

  • Proficient in at least one programming language, ideally Python or JavaScript

  • Proven customer-facing experience in the web3 / cryptocurrency sectors

  • Native or fluent in English


  • Familiarity with US financial/crypto regulations or experience working with regulated financial institutions

  • Experience in a fast-growing, early-stage company

  • Experience designing, building, and deploying user-facing, infrastructure-related, and/or API-based products

Soft skills:

  • Excellent presentation skills

    • Able to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences

    • Communicate with tech teams (bringing the needs from customers)

    • Adapt physical material, such as slides, for our US customers

  • Proactive and organized

  • Detail-oriented

  • Curious
