HR Business Partner , Paris - Freelance (8hrs/ week)

As our freelance HR Business Partner in Paris, you will report into our Paris Market Lead and will work 8 hours per week. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Become the HR contact for our workshop staff (1on1s) to get the pulse of employees and prioritize HR projects

• Develop & optimize HR processes such as hiring, training, performance management, career development, remuneration policy

• Bring benchmark on French labor policies & best HR practices

• Support the market lead rolling out and cultivating our company culture

This role is based in our workshop at Bobigny (not remote)

To be successful in this role, you:

• Have 5 years of work experience, of which 3+ years as an HR business partner and / or HR admin

• Strong managerial skills, ideally experience on how to develop, motivate and manage deskless workers

• Have a hands-on mentality and do not shy away from getting your hands dirty

• Have good structural thinking and problem solving skills.

• Have a good knowledge of French HR policies & market practices, ideally in blue collar industries

• Have strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills

• Are fluent in English and French
