ABOUT THE ROLE

• As operational supervisor of local operations, you will:
  
• Coordinate the team of field mechanics.
• Assign daily tasks to our field mechanics using our internal tools.
• Ensure that all repairs are carried out on time and that the mechanics have all the necessary tools and information.
• Act as a channel of communication between the field and customer support where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure that the workspace and cargo bikes are always clean and organised
• Be responsible for keeping a good inventory of our warehouse stock
• Assist the Mechanical Manager with projects to improve our operational processes
• Help us to continually improve our service by regularly gathering information and feedback and passing it on to our Operations Coordinator

ABOUT YOU

• To carry out this role successfully, you will:
• Have strong project management, prioritisation and personal organisation skills
• Be comfortable with technology: you will have experience of using a computer and a basic understanding of the Google suite (such as Gsheets and gdocs)
• Enjoy interacting with people and - ideally - already have management experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team
• Be rigorous and detail-oriented
• Appreciate challenges and stressful situations as opportunities for personal development and knowledge enhancement
• You care about the satisfaction of our members and are enthusiastic about cycling and making cities greener
• You like to optimise things and implement new working methods
• You are fluent in English and French
