The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Intern to join our Workplace & Operations team.

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in office administration, workplace operations, employee experience, and business support activities. The intern will work closely with the Workplace & Operations team and assist with the daily functioning of the office while developing practical administrative and organizational skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain professional experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring presence in the office five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination

  • Assist with filing, scanning, document preparation and record maintenance

  • Support scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Help maintain operational trackers and administrative records

  • Provide administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • Maintain meeting rooms, common areas and workplace spaces

  • Support inventory management for office supplies, stationery and workplace consumables

  • Support logistics-related administrative tasks

  • Assist with organizing internal events, team lunches, workshops, and employee activities

  • Research potential suppliers and support procurement activities

  • Contribute to delivering an exceptional workplace experience

The Ideal Profile For Us

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Comfortable using digital collaboration and communication tools

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Service-oriented and proactive mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, flexible and eager to develop professionally
