The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Intern to join our Workplace & Operations team.
This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in office administration, workplace operations, employee experience, and business support activities. The intern will work closely with the Workplace & Operations team and assist with the daily functioning of the office while developing practical administrative and organizational skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain professional experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring presence in the office five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination
Assist with filing, scanning, document preparation and record maintenance
Support scheduling meetings and appointments
Help maintain operational trackers and administrative records
Provide administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Maintain meeting rooms, common areas and workplace spaces
Support inventory management for office supplies, stationery and workplace consumables
Support logistics-related administrative tasks
Assist with organizing internal events, team lunches, workshops, and employee activities
Research potential suppliers and support procurement activities
Contribute to delivering an exceptional workplace experience
The Ideal Profile For Us
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable using digital collaboration and communication tools
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Service-oriented and proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, flexible and eager to develop professionally
