About Corintis
Corintis offers innovative microfluidic cooling technologies for AI chips/GPUs and CPUs used in data centres. Working with many of the world’s largest tech companies, our solutions improve compute sustainability and tackle the excessive electricity consumption associated with data centre cooling, which consumes more electricity than New York and London combined.
Ranked as the No.1 Engineering startup in Switzerland for 2025, Corintis offers a friendly and team-oriented workplace, bringing together over 85 people from over 35 nationalities to solve the most significant computing challenges of tomorrow. Based in the EPFL Campus in St. Sulpice, we are closely connected to the local ecosystem and are located a few minutes walk from Lake Geneva.
The Role
As Product Manager for the Therminator, you will own the full product lifecycle: from market and customer research through to hardware and firmware development cycles, regulatory certification and localised global release. You will serve as the connective tissue between engineering, regulatory affairs, sales and customers.
You will define and execute the product roadmap for the Therminator product line, driving development of new capabilities while managing existing product quality, certifications and documentation across multiple languages and markets. This role requires both a deep technical foundation, enough to engage credibly with engineers on hardware and firmware tradeoffs and the commercial acumen to translate customer needs into prioritized requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Therminator product roadmap from concept through to end-of-life, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility and market opportunity.
Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with hardware, firmware and software engineering teams.
Manage product releases across multiple development phases, coordinating DVT, EVT and PVT milestones with engineering and manufacturing.
Maintain certification documentation, Declaration of Conformity and technical construction files; manage renewals and re-certification for hardware revisions.
Support internal quality management processes aligned with ISO 9001 and relevant standards.
Own the global documentation strategy for the Therminator, including user manuals, quick-start guides, service documentation and safety notices.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Support sales and channel partners with technical training, product collateral and pre-sales engineering input.
Define pricing strategy and product positioning for new models, accessories, and software options.
Qualifications
Required
• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years on hardware or instrumentation products in a scientific, industrial, or engineering context.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full hardware development lifecycle.
• Hands-on familiarity with CE, UL, and/or FCC certification processes, including preparation of technical files and management of test lab engagements.
• Experience managing multi-language technical documentation programs at scale.
• Strong technical literacy: able to read schematics, review firmware requirements, interpret calibration data, and engage substantively with electrical and mechanical engineers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate between engineering specifics and customer-facing language.
Preferred
• Background in temperature measurement, thermal instrumentation, data acquisition, or related precision measurement fields.
• Familiarity with metrology standards (e.g., NIST traceability, ITS-90 temperature scale, ASTM/IEC sensor standards).
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and controlled documentation environments.
• Working proficiency in one or more non-English languages supported in Corintis product markets.
• Certification or training in product management methodologies (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM).
• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Arena, Windchill, Teamcenter) and JIRA-based development workflows.
