About Corintis

Corintis is a Lausanne-based deep-tech startup developing advanced semiconductor cooling technologies to overcome one of the biggest bottlenecks in modern computing: heat dissipation.

As compute demand grows (AI, HPC, cloud), extracting heat efficiently becomes critical. Corintis enables this through microfluidic cooling embedded directly inside chips, achieving significantly higher efficiency than conventional approaches.

We are an EPFL spin-off, backed by leading investors, and ranked among the Top 100 Swiss Startups.

About the Role

Corintis is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to help teams get more value out of the applications they build using AI coding tools.

Many internal tools and prototypes are quickly developed but remain hard to use, unreliable, or not well integrated into workflows. Your role will be to improve, connect, and stabilize these applications so they can be effectively used within the company.

You will work across the stack to refine applications, debug issues, and integrate them into existing systems and processes.

What You’ll Work On

You will support internal applications by:

  • Improving and stabilizing AI-generated tools

  • Debugging issues across frontend and backend

  • Integrating apps with internal systems (APIs, data pipelines, simulation tools)

  • Enhancing usability and workflows for internal users

  • Setting up simple deployment and access within the company

  • Connecting different tools to work together seamlessly

  • Supporting lightweight desktop or web-based internal apps

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve internal full-stack applications

  • Debug and resolve issues across the stack

  • Integrate applications into existing infrastructure and workflows

  • Refactor code for clarity and maintainability

  • Help teams make their tools usable by others internally

  • Support basic deployment and distribution (internal use)

  • Collaborate closely with engineers and non-technical users

Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s in Software Engineering or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development

  • Experience with modern web stacks (React, Node.js, Python (Fast API), Spring Boot or similar)

  • Ability to debug and improve existing codebases

  • Understanding of APIs and system integration

  • Pragmatic mindset and ability to work on imperfect code

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)

  • Experience with Docker or simple deployment setups

  • Basic understanding of security and access control

  • Interest in engineering tools or simulation workflows

Why This Role Matters

This role helps ensure that internally built tools are not just functional, but actually usable and valuable across the company.

You will play a key role in:

  • Connecting tools and workflows

  • Improving reliability of internal applications

  • Enabling teams to move faster with AI-assisted development
