Job Description

• Develop and Implement Quality Strategies: Create and execute a quality strategy that aligns with our goals and adapts to evolving project needs, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
• End-to-End Quality Management: Oversee quality activities throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that quality is integrated into the development, prototyping, and production processes.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to establish quality requirements and ensure that products are built to specification.
• Create and Maintain QA Processes: Establish robust quality assurance processes and best practices tailored to the fast-paced nature of a startup, including test plans, validation protocols, and metrics for success.
• Foster a Culture of Quality: Champion quality within the organization, encouraging team members to embrace quality as a shared responsibility and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Keep the voice of the customer at the forefront of all quality initiatives, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and quality assurance processes.
• Hands-On Testing and Validation: Participate in hands-on testing and validation activities to identify issues early and drive timely resolutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of quality activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the leadership team on quality performance and improvement efforts
  
  

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) relevant to product development in the tech industry.
• Hands-on experience in managing quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment, with a willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
