Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Front-End Developer with expertise in React.js. The ideal candidate should not only demonstrate proficiency in building modern and responsive user interfaces but also exhibit a passion for creating seamless and visually appealing experiences. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and back-end developers, to deliver high-quality and performance-driven applications.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, test and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable front-end components using React.js.
2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
4. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
5. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in front-end development and contribute to continuous improvement.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality/coverage standards.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a seamless user experience across different browsers and devices.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front-End Developer, with a focus on React.js.
2. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant front-end technologies.
3. Proficiency with Jest, React testing library and Selenium.
4. Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles, such as virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and state management.
5. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
6. Experience with Figma.
7. Familiarity with responsive design principles.
8. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack.
9. Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
10. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
