Associate / Senior Associate - Strategy & Business Operations

About Chemify

Chemify is a digital chemistry company headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland, pioneering a new paradigm for molecular discovery, optimization, and chemical synthesis. Founded by Lee Cronin FRSE FRSC, Regius Chair of Chemistry at the University of Glasgow, Chemify is built on decades of foundational research in digital chemistry.

Chemify is digitizing the field of chemistry to revolutionize how molecules are designed, made, and scaled. Our first and only Chemputation platform integrates a purpose-built programming language, extensible robotic systems, artificial chemical intelligence, and the world’s largest and continuously growing database of validated chemical reactions.

This full digital-chemistry stack enables effective de novo molecular design and on-demand access to molecules across complex chemical space. By transforming chemistry into a programmable, data-driven discipline, Chemify accelerates the discovery and development of new small-molecule therapeutics and advanced industrial materials for partners across pharma, biotech, and materials science.
